Delivery

How Much?	Please note that we are only able to deliver within mainland Britain. We are unable to deliver to postcodes beginning with BT, EX39 2LY, GY, HA4 6DQ, HS, IM, IV41-49, IV51, IV55, IV56, JE, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41, PA42-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH41-44, TR21-25, ZE

How Long?	We use a 48-hour courier on all orders to standard addresses, please note that remote areas such as the Highlands and Aberdeenshire can take up to 5 business days to deliver to. Order before 12:00, excluding weekends and public holidays, and we'll despatch the same day. Whilst we pay for a 48-hour service unfortunately couriers do sometimes delay the process. Please note in instances where goods are delayed that at no time will compensation be awarded for the delay. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for.

Acceptance of Products	All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must be notified by email using the contact-us form on this website. Please note that any damage notified outside of this period will be deemed to have occurred under the customers ownership and therefore we cannot be held responsible. The above is a restriction forced on us by our couriers as they will not accept any claims for damages outside of a 24 hour window from delivery time.
